We use Courier Post and NZ post whichever is the most economical carrier to your location (some rural deliveries or bulky products may incur additional freight costs, please contact us if you are unsure).
We ship 99% of orders on same day as order is received, however please allow 3-5 days for goods to be shipped, as sometimes, due to high amount of orders on some products, we may run out, and have to wait for stock replenishment to arrive from our suppliers.
For the safe delivery of your order we prefer to ship goods to a business or home where there is someone to receive the parcel .
PLEASE NOTE: Check your Package carefully for any signs of damage, if goods are damaged in transit – DO NOT sign for them, once you have signed for goods, the couriers will not honor any claims. We pack goods exceptionally well and have very few claims for damaged goods. There will not be a problem having goods replaced if damage is noted to the courier prior to signing.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We can ship parcels internationally but have deleted that option from our website due to the complexity of freight charges etc… Please email us at: sales@fishingdirectnz.co.nz and tell us which product you would like to purchase and your address, contact name, phone number and we can workout the cost to send your goods. MAXIMUM SIZE OF INTERNATIONAL PARCELS
Individual items ordered can be no longer than 1.5m and weigh no more than 30kg. Any items with liquid, as in Gulp Alive or fish oil, and all sprays cannot be sent internationally.
